As the biggest Disney World theme park, there’s a lot to see and do, so why not take a deep dive into each land? Here we take a closer look into Rafiki’s Planet Watch, a land you can only access by hopping on the “Wildlife Express Train.”

At the Rafiki's Planet Watch, the first building that visitors see is topped with spectacular, large, colorful murals of the animals. Inside, you will find viewing areas where exams and surgical procedures may be observed.

Rafiki’s Planet Watch is a small land in Animal Kingdom, accessible only by train. You’ll spot the gateway to Rafiki’s in Africa, near the exit of Kilimanjaro Safaris. The land features interactive activities, and allows guests to get an up-close and personal animal experiences.

Mar 25, 2022 · Rafiki’s Planet Watch is one of the best kept secrets at Animal Kingdom. It may take some effort to get to it, but it is well worth it! A trip to Rafiki’s will provide you with a relaxing train ride, unique educational exhibits, and some relief from the crowds and heat.

Rafiki's Planet Watch isn't really a "land" and not really an attraction either. Our best guess is that Disney is using the name as an umbrella for Conservation Station, the petting zoo, and the environmental exhibits accessible from Harambe via the Wildlife Express Train from Africa.
