An extra War Effort gives a player 14,4h (minus the 0.5h to prepare this "strategy") head start, not to mention a whole tribe in this case. That is like allowing them to enter the game roughly 14 hours before anyone else. In early game that is A LOT for a non-prem no haul world.

If the demand for your resources is small you can either drop the exchange price to 850-800, build few additional levels of marketplace or invest in the warehouse. Having 250 LC is the moment where you should start thinking about axeman recruitment.
