When I go to Musician's Friend, it won't even let me look at Fender or PRS unless I change the "ship to" from Canada to USA.

Jan 2, 2025 · I've never paid for a setup from Sweetwater, so - in my case - I wouldn't spend the money. I normally set up all my guitars to my preferences after I get them home and let them adjust to the temps/humidity, etc. With that said, I have never had any problems with Sweetwater and have purchased many guitars from them over the years.

Nov 18, 2024 · I know what you mean. Sorry to hear that things are becoming an issue. Sweetwater had some sweet sales (and lovely people to be honest) recently. I am sure they would have some useful suggestions for you. I have an SD PS200 that I use with a single recto sized 1x12 cab with a vintage 30, or a recto sized 2x12 cab with two emmis in it.

Dec 28, 2019 · I've bought a PRS S2 Custom 24, and a MIM Fender Strat Deluxe from Sweetwater. Both turned out to be perfect out of the box regarding playability. And with the pictures they offer, you get a good look at what you are getting. I'd stick with the standard treatment. Unless you are looking for something specific.
