Aug 9, 2022 · I earned enough mining crystals to buy one and a few missions gave me the proper reputation. I wanted it to be a drone boat so I loaded it up with an even split of defense / repair drones. The repair drones never activate. Rumor has it they repair from within the ship and don't launch but I saw no indication of that, the loadout said "0 active".

I especially love the new Helios, and also the changes to the S/M capacities does help give them more flavor compared to the more copied and paste stats! Also love the tug boat, it kinda have a piraty feel and make me wish that they replaced the pirate M ship instead

Dec 13, 2018 · Mobile Repair Service-----Using this mod allows you to assign ships for repair duty. Each hull point repaired will cost you 10 credit, while 20 for NPCs. Hail the selected player owned ship (preferably a fast ship!) and tell the pilot to 'Start Repair Service'.

For example: - Repair drones (isn't that the way Teladi use repair lasers anyway?) - Marines with engineering on board slowly fixing the ship - Marines in space (with engineering) ordered to fix hull with repair lasers on their suits (that would be SO COOL)

Hi! The following ships are all static derelicts, for all gamestarts. Maybe Egosoft will choose later to randomize their location, but unlikely as up to now (4.0 HF3) the locations are 100% static (checked through 5 game starts).

May 27, 2009 · M sized ships do not launch repair drones. They auto repair the ship from inside the cargo bay. They only launch on capital ships, L and XL. I imagine they behave like combat drones. When your ship is damaged, they will launch, and repair until 100% hull, then re-dock.

May 9, 2024 · The major feature here of course is that the ships will dock to repair and rearm - as will allied ships potentially, earning some additional credits. So, it will maintain the defensive fleet in tip-top condition, repaired and rearmed.

Jul 26, 2015 · It's just a simple change of the hull damage value of the repair laser, so it should work regardless unless Litcube changed the TBullets file. To ask the stupid questions, did you install it correctly? As in - Unzip file - Choose which repair ratio you want. - Install in the addon folder using the false patch method.

Go back to another platform under less pressure from attacks and I could always see the repair drones activating on and off. Also, It doesn't seem that there is a limit because I have platforms with 100 repair drones on them and when it needs a repair, all 100 ...
