Aug 10, 2018 · Yeah, it is kind of an undercut in the sense that hair on the sides is clipper cut and goes in to the shape of the head as it slopes in above the parietal ridge. There is the same disconnected clipper cut toward the back, but with more bulk around the crown area instead of clipper cutting all the way to the top of the head.

I have a two block for years now, cut by non koreans in a korean salon as the korean stylists are usually more expensive to book. Minky from Unnies modified it even better, love my current hair now, even got a downperm to matched it.

The picture I bring my barber, I found under the name two-block but he just calls it a disconnected undercut. I think he uses a 1 guard on the sides and back, and the rest stays long and styles it a little left.

Mar 27, 2018 · My two-block is referred to as “soft” as the disconnection between the “two blocks” is not as emphasized and everything looks more streamlined as you can see the undercut blends into the hair on top really well here. The hair is all clipped up on the crown, and everything else is cut short with clippers.
