Jan 8, 2025 · SOCASTEE, S.C. (WPDE) — The Socastee Swing Bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway in Horry County will be temporarily closed for nighttime maintenance beginning on January 17. The facility is located at Pee Dee Commerce City West on Highway 327 at I-95 in Florence. The 117,180-square-foot facility is on a 12.5-acre site within the park and was built by the Marlboro Development Team, Inc. (MDT).
