The solution is to do as the French do, the bigger overseas territories, can be granted a specific MP, but the smaller ones should be grouped together and form "overseas" constituents. Then with additional "overseas" constituents, where people that vote from abroad is counted from.

Need a passport as it's not part of Schengen space, but you can work and live in those territories if you wished, as they are part of the EU. The British Overseas Territories are not.
