Nov 19, 2017 · There was a New Helvetia coffee place in Curtis Park on 24th St & 2nd Ave. It was one of the early roasting houses that roasted their own beans. The place closed down mid 2000's. When I saw the movie I thought maybe they reopened but I guess the shop in the movie was an homage to the old one.
