Jul 21, 2021 · What color do people paint the eye lenses on their Deathguard? Deciding how to do the eyes on my models and thought it would be worth asking the community what color suits deathguard best. Did some blue. I like using Blood For The Blood God for my eye lenses. It makes them shiny!

Step 17 – The Eyes and Protection. The final bit of painting we need to do is the eyes on the miniature. First, take some Wild Rider Red and apply this to the whole eye lens. To create the glow effect, thin the Wild Rider Red down to glaze consistency and apply it to the armour on the face around the eye lens.

The eyes and lense are painted using Joryldin Blue by Scale 75, mixed in gradual stages with white. First paint the whole of the eye socket and the lower right corner of the lense using Joryldin Blue.

Not sure how new you are but streaking grime is an awesome product for deathguard. It’s an enamel paint so you need a few extra things to use it properly/safely but the effect is really awesome. The citadel color app is pretty good for this. Well what colours do you want them to be? And from there, pick out a shade and highlight paint for it.

Dec 11, 2022 · If it's eyes and not lenses, don't use white for the sclera, for non-Nurgled eyes use a light grey, for eyes that have been blessed by the Grandfather use a bone colour. Be prepared to take a few attempts, there are no prizes for getting it right first time.
