It took Jordan Freaking Weisman the creator of Battletech to do it. No. PGI won't do this type of thing, and they don't have the license to either.

Dec 29, 2018 · Plus, I've been eyeing various parts for a long time to make a kitbashed Mad Cat III. Nuplastic Catapult legs, torso & arms from an old Citytech Mad Cat, and weapons from a DA Scimitar II (destined for conversion into a Saladin II). The rear torso was sawn off the plastic Mad Cat body. Here it is next to its older brother:

Feb 14, 2018 · The Mad Cat and the Vulture are pretty much the same size, which isn't all that strange because they have the same underchassis (at least visually). The Madcat discrepancy (when compared to the grasshopper) could be explained due to the being bird legs, the Vulture is pretty hard to explain imho (with 15 ton difference in weight).
