In Alien Invasion, the player controls a ship that appears at the bottom center of the screen. The player can move the ship right and left using the arrow keys and shoot bullets using the spacebar. When the game begins, a fleet of aliens fills the sky and moves across and down the screen.

Dec 26, 2022 · I've been trying to create a shooter video game titled Alien Invasion by manually copying the code and following instructions from Python Crash Course, Chapter 12. So far, I have created a light-gray background and added a ship sprite to the program.

Sep 4, 2020 · My problem with the code is that the ship's movement is strange; sometimes when I press the left or right arrow key it doesn't move the correct way. Or, the ship doesn't move at all. In this project I have the modules alien.py, alien_invasion.py, bullet.py, button.py, gamefunctions.py, game_stats.py, scoreboard.py, settings.py, and ship.py.
