Lo encontré de un foro de esto mismo pero en inglés, aquí está el link: how to disable caps lock notifications on windows 11 - Microsoft Community Ahi mencionan borrarla, pero lo que hice yo fue en donde dice "Background apps permissions" darle a la opción de "nunca" y hasta ahora no parece que se haya activado de nuevo.

May 7, 2022 · Go to Settings > System > Display > Advanced Display > Click on "Display adapter properties for Display 1". You can check if there is a tab called Screen Configurations, it may be different depending on the brand of the computer. If there is, you should be able to disable the Caps lock overlay notification there.

Oct 16, 2020 · Currently when I press the caps lock key a little indicator appears in the bottom right corner of the screen saying capos lock on/caps lock off. Unsure what I did to make it do this, it just started happening, perhaps it was something I pressed on the keyboard.
