A teen girl is dead after investigators said two relatives kept her in a makeshift cage and abused her to death in Tempe.

Authorities say Tuesday night around 9 p.m., Virginia Lujan called 911 after finding her 13-year-old granddaughter unresponsive.

The grandmother of a teenager is being held on $500,000 bond for allegedly keeping her granddaughter who died in a hospital in a cage and in 'deplorable conditions.' FOX 10's Lauren Clark has more.
