Most areas will see moderate rainfall, with about an inch in coastal and valley regions and two to three inches in foothills and mountains, forecasters say.

Southern California is set for a slightly warmer weekend ahead of a storm system that could shower the region with light rain, according to KTLA weather anchor Kaj Goldberg. The Los Angeles area will see daytime highs in the low 70s in the San Fernando Valley and upper 60s in the
