A second arrest has been made in the murder of Devin Weedon, the 15-year-old Simon Gratz High School student who was shot and killed on his way to school in 2023, Philadelphia police said.

Devin Weedon, 15, was killed in March of 2023 while walking to Simon Gratz High School in Philadelphia's Tioga-Nicetown section. Last month, authorities arrested and charged 20-year-old Taamir Cole.
