Police in Winnipeg say they've arrested two men in an aggravated assault investigation, alleging a woman's finger was cut off during an argument between people linked with criminal drug subculture.

The incident involved a disagreement between the suspects and the victim, escalating to the point that one of the victim's fingers was amputated, police allege.
