A man claiming to have a Molotov cocktail and a knife was stopped at the entrance of the capitol, according to a PIO Timber Barber for the U.S. Capitol Police.

Ryan English, who traveled from Massachusets to Washington, turned himself into a Capitol Police officer on Monday near the south door of the building, prosecutors said in court documents.
