Former UCLA coach Chip Kelly, who won a national title with Ohio State last month, is joining Pete Carroll's Las Vegas Raiders staff as offensive coordinator.

The Raiders fired GM Tom Telesco and head coach Antonio Pierce after one full season that finished 4-13. The Raiders hired John Spytek earlier this week to replace Telesco as GM. Carroll is tasked with bringing stability to a franchise that has had three head coaches in three seasons after Pierce replaced Josh McDaniel in 2023.

The Las Vegas Raiders have found their next head coach. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Pete Carroll has agreed to a three-year deal to become the team’s head coach. There is also a team option in the fourth year.
