A day of reflection and continued investigation followed a day that may be hard to forget for many employees at Southern Hens chicken plant in Moselle.

The Sheriff's Department said that Lindsey allegedly drove through the checkpoint narrowly avoiding hitting a JCSD investigator.

Toby Lindsey, 49, of Killeen, Texas was arrested after he drove through the checkpoint and almost struck the investigator.
