The official portraits of President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance were released Thursday by the Trump transition team. "And they go hard," a press release from the transition said about the portraits.

Some Facebook and Instagram users were surprised to find themselves automatically following the accounts of President Donald Trump or Vice President JD Vance this week after the president was inaugurated.

It all comes after the tumultuous relationship between Biden and Trump was on full display in the presidential race.

In pardoning more than 1,500 supporters charged in the Jan. 6 attack, Trump went further than he had suggested just a month earlier.
