The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office was called to N. 31st St. and W. State St. Sunday. Medical examiners conduct autopsies and work with authorities in death investigations.

The West Allis Police Department was told by an adult male at 61st and Grant that there would be a victim at the Milwaukee location. When MPD arrived, they found an adult male victim, 74, stabbed. MPD confirmed the incident is being investigated as a homicide and that it was connected to the incident at 61st and Grant.

Police are investigating a fatal stabbing that happened Sunday on the 3100 block of W. State Street that left a 74-year-old dead.
