The Vancouver Canucks traded J.T. Miller to the New York Rangers in an effort to resolve locker-room tensions. According to NHL insider Frank Seravalli, however, the move has not been well received by many players and the problems within the Canucks locker room are far from over.

Across a pair of complicated blockbuster trades on Friday night the Vancouver Canucks remade their roster and charted a new path forward for the franchise.

Star center J.T. Miller is on his way back to the New York Rangers as the Vancouver Canucks are shipping the center for Filip Chytil, Vincent Mancini and a protected first-round draft pick per NHL insider Frank Seravalli. He has been scratched from Vancouver's lineup for Friday night's road game against the Dallas Stars.
