NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) – Newport News Mayor Phillip Jones delivered the annual State of the City address Thursday evening.

Newport County have signed Norwich City centre-back Jaden Warner on an 18-month deal. Warner, 22, has been allowed to leave by Norwich, where his contract had been to expire at the end of the season.
