The late night haunt has been open until 4 a.m. many nights for the last three decades. Now it says it has to close earlier because of a liquor liability insurance pinch being felt statewide.

With the regular session of the SC General Assembly over, some advocates for bars and venues are calling on lawmakers to return to Columbia to address the liquor liability insurance market.
