Could the Tennessee Titans, who own the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, throw the draft into disarray by passing on a quarterback? That is a possibility the quarterback-needy New York Giants will have to pay attention over the next three months.

After Brian Callahan led his team to a 3-14 record in his first season as a head coach, the Tennessee Titans earned the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. That gives the front office, led by team president Chad Brinker and general manager Mike Borgonzi until April 24 to determine which prospect will get picked first.

“It’s the draft, develop, retain, vision, philosophy that requires patience over, discipline, thought and action,” Brinker told ESPN. “It’s been proven. It’s everything that I believe. It’s what I grew up in this business. That’s all that I know.”

Borgonzi will be in charge of making all selections in this year's draft, but the Titans are not afraid of trading back to acquire assets.
