AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Texas Department of Public Safety on Wednesday evening issued a local Amber alert for 3-year-old Chandler Baker who was last seen at noon Wednesday in the 7900 block of Midnight Stage in San Antonio. DPS described Baker as 3’0″ tall, 35 Ibs., and having brown eyes and brown hair.
