After a 15-year playing career with the majority spent in the Big Apple, Glenn became a scout under Jets head coach Rex Ryan before making the jump to coaching with the Cleveland Browns, New Orleans Saints, and most recently with the Detroit Lions.

Aaron Glenn began his NFL career with the New York Jets, and now he's returning home, on Wednesday agreeing to become the team's newest head coach following a four-year run as the Detroit Lions defensive coordinator.
