Nearly every bracket has busted. Through Friday’s first round, the number of perfect brackets in the NCAA Tournament was down to 81 out of 34 million, according to the NCAA.

There are now 181 perfect brackets left following the conclusion of the first round, according to the NCAA. This is the first time since 2019 that all brackets weren't been busted in the opening round. In last year's tournament, the final perfect bracket was busted in the second-to-last game of Round 1.

Everyone is in search of that elusive perfect bracket, and if you are reading this before NCAA Tournament games start Thursday, I would like to be the first to congratulate you on making it this far.
