North Dakota was the last state out of the 50. I wasn’t sure what there was to see but my daughter and I were quite surprised by Theodore Roosevelt National Park. We loved seeing the wild horses ! Full review by johnkH3652VO
My husband and I are coming in June and I plan on us taking one morning driving to the north unit and coming back to south unit in the afternoon and next morning if more time is needed. I am concern about lunch options. We are flying and will not have a cooler which is what we would normally do. Are there food options along the route? My husband gets hangry if he is not fed regularly.

I don really know. When we were there two blizzards had gone through about two weeks prior and there was still lots of wildlife. We saw snow in spots. We were there early May and we didn’t see a lot of people there at all. We wore winter jackets because it can be quite windy. We truly enjoyed the beauty of this park and it’s inhabitants.
