During the high season, Phuket is full of tourists. Kamala beach is less busy than beaches in south- nicer and more relaxed vibe! Full review by Pekka997

This hotel is stunning, beautifully decorated but the location is both a blessing and a curse, views are great but you can’t walk anywhere and have to gets taxis or tuk tuks. Patong beach is just a c… Full review by GdNG12

It is a nice clean beach, the water is lovely and the sand in the water is so soft and barely any waves so lovely to float in. I’ll admit I was expecting a bit more from some reviews saying it was le… Full review by Evamia
Heading to Kamala Beach second week in October it looks like lots of rain every day. Is this a good indication of weather to expect?

We’ve been here for the last 3 weeks and have had some different weather. 1st week was torrential rain, rained all day almost everyday. The 2nd week only rained for an hour or 2 around 11am most days, the rest of the day was nice, 28degrees and partly cloudy. The last week has been clear, hot and sunny almost everyday day, with no rain, or it rains for an hour before 5am. So pretty hit and miss, although it’s not too bad when it’s always so warm! Hope this helps. Enjoy your trip!
Hello I’m looking to get ferry tickets from Phuket to phi phi island one way. Do you provide a hotel pick up? My husband and I are staying at the Hyatt Regency Phuket. If yes how do we get contacted to confirm time of pick up? Thanks!

We will be at Kamala Beach for 2 weeks at the end of November. My husband is wanting to rent a car. Is it safe and easy enough to navigate around the area? Are there others forms of transportation that would be easier?

Car hire is cheap and readily available in the town and the roads are good and safe to drive on, also scooters and moped are plentiful and very cheap to hire if you’re feeling a little more adventurous! As an alternative you may wish to consider hiring a taxi for the day we have done this several times over the years and generally pay about £30 for about 6-8 hours which is fantastic value just negotiate with driver before hand and have an idea of where you want to go.
