I believe the menu changes. During our December "Dinner with George Washington" my wife and I had the following 18th Century local dishes...First course was Split Pea and Eddo Soup. Second course was Dolphin fish (mahi-mahi) and Yam Pie with Plantains (this was our favorite). We then had Pineapple (an exotic fruit for the time) to cleanse our palates. Third course was Chicken Stew and Dumplings with Chriftophene. Dessert was Rumbullion'd Bread Pudding. It was an excellent dinner. The best we had in Barbados.
