Incredible temples carved into rock. The climb is moderately easy with just under 400 steps each way. No shoes allowed inside the temple area but there are secure storage areas for a small "donation".Full review by SeanMendis

Does anyone know if men have to cover their legs? Or are they ok with shorts?
A:
Yes, you have to wear sarong. The best thing is to bring your own one otherwise they will force you to “rent” one there for 100 rupees.

Men MUST cover their legs. I have a very funny photo of one of the men in our group wearing 'elephant fabric' pants his wife purchased from a seller at Sigaria a few hours earlier!!
