There are shops and other things to do. You can also stay and hang out at the beach or have Lunch and wait for the next train to ride back on.

How long is the one way trip?
A:
Garibaldi to Rockaway Beach and back to Garibaldi was like 2 hours max with a 20-ish minute stop at Rockaway Beach.
