Is it best to pre book a taxi from Steinwerder to minataur wunderland , Or just grab one in the cruise terminal?

We found it cheaper to get the cruises shuttle to the centre and then it was a 10 min roughly walk.

We are arriving by cruise into Steinwerder terminal at 8am and I have pre booked tickets with an arrival time for 9:30 -10:00. If there are delays with the shuttle into the centre and we are past 10:00 will we be turned away? I’m travelling with my elderly parents and whilst we plan to leave the ship as soon as we can. I don’t want to be constantly hurrying them up, I’m not planning on rocking up hours late but rather than totally stress about anything it would be good to know if there is some leniency in these situations.
