Suitable for wheelchair? I am confused as some says it's flat but some says the are areas which are steep and challenging for wheelchair. Hope to get a better picture from you guys. Thanks.

Heaps of free parking plus a cafe and souvenir shop. Full walk around the lake takes about 90 minutes. Easy walking for all ages.
