East Coventry Township is a township in Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 7,068 at the 2020 census. The township derives its name from Coventry, England, the native home of an early settler. Fricks Locks Historic District, and River Bend Farm are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
