I am the baker and we make everything on site except Sausage rolls and veggie rolls. I make everything from scratch. There are 2 of us that make sure there are baked goods 7 days àweek. Not sure why you don't think we make our baked goods. We do lots of our baking in the wood oven even.

Hi LauraS, I believe you are correct, most of these attractions open in the summer. We decided to check it out in February when not all of the buildings were open. However, they did have a little cafe open in the entrance building, but that was about it. We're excited to visit during the summer season when everything is fully functioning. Thanks H&R
