We are travelling to Monastir in 3weeks, wondering if we can fish at the marina? Do we need a licence of some kind or permission? Thank you in advance.

Not Sure, I didn't see anyone actually fishing from the marina itself. However, there were several small fishing boat trips available even for short 1 or 2 hours trips.
