Hi Motorways and main roads are in very good condition with sign in English for all the major attractions. There is always parking space available. Everyone follows signals and there are traffic police patrolling. We hired a car from Izmir airport and drove to Izmir and Kusadasi. Izmir town centre was more busy but again we had no issues as the hotels we stayed in had free parking. You can download the local maps via Google Maps. Be prepared for left hand drive.

I copied and pasted this from the Tourism Website: Opening and closing times for Ephesus 8 am - 5 pm Oct - April 8 am - 7 pm May - Sept The Ministry of Culture & Tourism has raised the entry fees as of April 1st, 2012. Entrance fee to Ephesus is 25 Lira (13.93 USD) per person. An additonal charge of 15 Lira ($8.36 USD) if you wish to visit the Terrace houses in Ephesus.
