Dr. Brown was presented with the AAD Continuing Medical Education Award through 2021, which is given to Dermatologists that demonstrate a strong commitment to education and the most up-to-date medical expertise over a three year period. From 2015-2023 she was also named to Super Doctors® as recognized in a special advertising section in Texas Monthly, and in 2023 awarded Hall of Fame status for being selected to Super Doctors® 10 or more years.
